Step 1: Diagnostic

  • We run a group session to understand skills gaps and identify which areas the group needs to be coached on

Step 2: Program building

  • Once the focus areas are clearly defined, we build a customized coaching program

Step 3: Weekly coaching sessions

  • The coaching program is then delivered, based on the timeline defined during step 2

Dedicated coaching

  • Coaching is provided remote on an ongoing basis, in 1-2 hours sessions, spread over a minimum of 6 weeks
  • Up to 5 participants per cohort
  • All participants are employees of the same company
  • Ideal for distributed and remote teams

Open coaching (coming soon)

  • Coaching is provided remote on a weekly basis, in 1-hour sessions, with a minimum commitment of 6 weeks
  • Up to 10 participants per cohort
  • All participants are from the same job type (SDR/BDR group and AE group)
