The StackFuel team was struggling with low reply rates, low meeting rates, and no structure on how to prospect. They also knew they had a great opportunity to use LinkedIn for cold outreach, but they didn’t know where to start.
Ginesh hired me to deliver a dedicated online training. This is how we worked:
1. On-demand content
The whole team accessed the T-shaped Sales Development program on-demand content. They watch videos and completed homeworks to apply the learnings of the program.
2. Live Coaching Sessions
We did four 90 minutes online sessions with the team. We focused on topics of the program like building an ICP matrix, finding content that attracts leads, and building high-impact outreach sequences. We also covered video prospecting.
3. Homework review
After each session, the team received homework assignments that we corrected during the following sessions.
